News media split along ideological leanings on measuring the winner of tonight's vice presidential debate.
CNN had Sen. Joe Biden as the clear winner. FOX News and the Drudge Report had Gov. Sarah Palin as the overwhelming victor. Everyone seemed to agree that there were no major gaffes by either candidate.
Will tonight's debate change the presidential race? I don't know. Palin may no longer be as large of an issue, which is good. Obama and McCain need to fight it out on who is more experienced and who can bring change to a declining economy and an unacceptable war in Iraq.
For those of us who went into tonight undecided, nothing has changed regarding a most difficult choice.
