Which is it, Channel 4? The case of Arabs, Jews

What a difference 20 minutes makes in a big city TV newscast.

Yesterday, WSMV Channel 4 aired a segment on a Nashville protest by Arab Americans asking for a cease fire between Isreal and Hamas.

During the 6 p.m. newscast, the segment featured a headline of "Arabs and Jews unite" and told of a rabbi and members of his congregation who stopped buy to offer agreement on a ceasfire.

Yet in the 6:30 p.m. newscast, the segment featured a headline of "Arabs, Jews divided." And the rabbi issued a statement saying he felt Isreal justified in its bombing of Hamas' territory in retaliation.

WSMV offered no explanation for the change more rapid than developments in the actual dispute betweem Hamas and Israel.

So which is it, WSMV? Your viewers would like to know.
